The robust microscope is equipped with a fixed 10x eyepiece and the three interchangeable objectives allow detailed observation of objects at 100x, 400x and 900x magnification. The specimens can be fixed on a 60 x 60 mm stage with two clamps, which enables stable and precise examination. The microscope also has a focussing wheel that allows you to effortlessly achieve a clear view of your objects.
The microscope can be illuminated in two ways: traditionally by a mirror that reflects natural light, or by an LED light that provides uniform illumination for optimal observations. The innovative colour filter disc with four different colours expands the visual possibilities and helps to highlight certain details.
The set is not only equipped with the microscope itself, but also with all the necessary accessories for a variety of experiments. These include prepared permanent slides, blank slides and coverslips, preparation labels and tools such as tweezers, preparation needle, scalpel and microtome. The shrimp incubator, together with the enclosed shrimp eggs and culture media, offers an exciting opportunity to study life cycles at close quarters.
